wow. ya i'm back. it's been a wile. so i have been doing great! i just got back from warmth in the winter! that was so fun! sorry for all the ! marks but it was fun. warmth is this church retreat that my church goes on every year along with all the other umc's in middle tn. it's so fun. thins years theme was "learn to fly". we had a speaker from new jersey. he was a great speaker for this warmth! next up on the schedule is the youth ski trip. that should be a lot of fun! we are going to perfect north slopes in indy!

omg i went to see the trans-siberian orchestra on friday night and it was super amazing! it was soo cool! the show was a christmas show. this was no ordinary christmas show though! it was a christmas show on steroids!!! they had all these lasers and lights and pyro-techics going everywhere! all i can say is it was awesome and if you ever get the chance to go to a show of theres deffinantly go!

"gun here at school" , "snipers on the roof" , "schools getting out" ... these are just some of the fumers flying around the school on thursday. on wendsday there were three fights and aperantly a kid hers someone say that they were going to bring a gun to school the next day. he/she told there parents and they, as they should have, called the police department. so on thursday morning i got a call from a freind asking "are you going to school today" as i was getting dressed. and i sayed "ya why" he went on to tell me that another of our freinds aunt worked at the pd and that they had been getting calls about a posible gun being brought to school. anyway i ended up going and there were cops everywere! turns out it was just alot of talk. but by the time fourth block came round half of my class had left.

pretty exciting morning at hhs! i was driving to school and i looked up in the sky after like four fire trucks raced past me with the lights and cerins on. there was a huge, dark trail of smoke comming from some were near the school. i turned the corner and saw where all the fire trucks were going. it was the school parking lot. someone's engine had caught on fire. pritty cool. -kyle out

the tennessee vols put up a good fight! the final score was 24 - 28 lsu. but get this, lsu got on the boards first in the first quarter making the score 7 - 0. then later in the quarter ut scored a touchdown making it 7 - 7. in the end of the second quarter ut got with in field goal range. wilhoite (a hendersonville native) booted it through making the score 7 - 10. after the half ut and lsu scored and brought the score up to 14 - 17. in the latter half of the third ut scored again making it 21 - 14. any wat in the last nine ya nine seconds in the game lsu put the ball in the checker boards to gain the lead making it 24 - 28.

- game key points: tennessee's starting qb sprained his ankle last week in the ut vs. sc game and played only half a quarter.

- the ut defeice forced four turn overs: three interceptions, and one fumble recovery.

- the freshmen qb did an outstanding job as qb in my eyes.

the hhs girls soccer team had a great season! they went to chatanooga to play finals and won there first game 6 - 2. but tonight at basketball pratice during a break i got a call from one of the freshmen players. she sayed that the put up a good fight but ended up lossing, 1 - 0. i wish i could have beenable to make it down there to see a game. :( -kyle out

i got back from beersheba on the church wide retreat. it was pretty fun! i got a few good pictures and relaxed a lot. i sat on the overlook on saterday night and watched the shooting stars. i love that place!

i broke my ankle this past week! :( i was playing basketball and i landed on it wrong and i went down. so i went to the doc friday and he sayed it was broken. i broke the same one the same way about 3 years a go doing the same thing in the same gym. so pray for me not to have to have surgery! the doc says theres only a 20% chance that i will. but still. -kyle out

i just got back from monster mountan. all i got to say is what a rip off! i payed $10 to get in and it really was mot that scarry. there were so many good places for the actors to hide and scare people but there was no one there. i did not get scard once. it was also really cold outside too. so basicaly what i'm sayin' is it's not worth $10 or your time.

i went to see the guardian last night and i have to say it is one of the best movies i have seen in a long long time. it is about a man who is in the u.s. coast guard as a rescuer swimmer and ends up being an instructor. i'm not going to ruin it but it was a good one. you should deffniantly go see it!

ok so i got home from gatlinburg sunday but i have not had time to wright a blog about it till now so here goes. i went to gatlinburg this past long weekend just to chill. i had a great and relaxing time. i just went with my family which was cool. we slep a lot and went ice skating and went down the alpine slide at ober gatlinburg. that was fun. we chilaxed in the village and it was really cold! also we went to a cupple places in the smokies and i got more into photography. i got some great pics. it was a really fun trip.

i got a new mower today. I've been needing a new one because the one i have now is like 100 years old. it pretty much sucks. so i went to lowes and bought a new one. it's a troy built with a honda engine. it has all the bells and whistles. like self-propelled, 3 in 1 : side discharge, mulcher, and a bagger, 6.5 horse power. it is a nice mower. so im probably going to put it together tomorrow and mowing my yard even though i mowed it like 2 days ago. it's sweet!

home comming week was a huge success! it was a great week! we had five dress up days. of course the seniors won every one. they also won the pep rally. personaly i think every sr. class is over rated. this past friday we had a pep rally to celebrate home comming. the juniors defiantly won the pep rally! idk what that's all about. a little suspicious. but anyway, we won the football game! like 27 to 0. shut out baby!

Famed adventurer, environmentalist and TV personality Steve Irwin, known around the world as the "Crocodile Hunter," was killed Monday by a stingray during a diving expedition off the coast of Queensland, Australia; he was 44. According to initial reports, Irwin had been filming a documentary on the Great Barrier Reef, and was diving near Low Isles Reef, about 1,260 miles north of Queensland capital Brisbane. Irwin was felled by a stingray barb through his chest, and his crew immediately called authorities for medical treatment, but Irwin was dead before an emergency helicopter arrived on the scene. The son of naturalists, Irwin spent his whole life around animals, and was raised at the Queensland Reptile and Fauna Park. He quickly grew into an animal expert, with a specialty in reptiles, and was catching crocodiles by the age of 9; later, he spearheaded Australia's crocodile relocation program, capturing the animals from populated areas and either returning them to their natural environment or raising them in the Queensland Park. In 1991, Irwin took over the running of the park, which was renamed the Australian Zoo (and would become a major tourist destination), and a year later he married his wife Terri, with whom he would have two children. The footage from their crocodile-trapping honeymoon was later fashioned into the first episode of his TV series Crocodile Hunter, and Irwin was catapulted to instant worldwide fame, with his enthusiastic nature, fearless animal acumen, and his trademark phrase, "Crikey!" boat church was today! it was soooo much fun. a few youth and adults from our church youth group went out on the lake today and firt went over to a boat dock in mt. juliet. they aperently hold a church every sunday at a yacht club. they have a nice little outdoors place on the bank of the lake and we went to a service there and then went and spent the rest of the day on the lake tubing and stuff. it was so fun! - kyle out

danget. beech got the game winning interception in overtime. :( but it was a good game. in the 1st quarter beech scored the first goal and got the extra point (7 to 0). then in the 3rd quarter h'ville scored there first goal, but missed the extra point (7 to 6). then in the next few minutes beech took a long drive to score another goal (14 to 6). then somewhere between then and the last 3 minutes beech scored along with h'ville (21 to 14). then in the last 3 minutes h'ville suddenly gets a touchdown and pulled a fake field goal and went for two (21 to 21). they (we) got it. everyone went crazy! over time started and beech won the toss and chose to receive. the got a touch down on there 2nd possetion. h'ville got the possetion and on the 2nd down beech freakin' intercepted the ball. i left at that point the final score was (28 to 21) beech.

the big game is defiantly tomorrow! i'm pumped! it is at beach this year and i don't know of anything that has happened between us and beach yet. but i would put money on it that something happens tonight or tomorrow. as some of you know there starting kicker i believe died a few weeks ago in a car wreck. we have had a banner up in the cafeteria that a bunch of students have signed. i believe we are going to present it to beach friday. i'll post another blog tomorrow or saturday telling the highlights and score.

spanish is hard. ok so i signed up for this shpanish ll honors becaus i took the techers class last year and i thought i knew and liked how she taught. haha this class is hard! i hate that i did this but i guess i have to live with it this year. i will just have to work a lot harder. maby get a tutor. idk. but anyway the rest of school is going great! i most deffinantly have three coaches. three coaches = easy classes!

i just got home from the "twin towers" movie. i think it was a great film and a good reminder of why we are over in iraq & afghanistan and places like that in the middle east. my uncle is over there right now, there in irag. i wonder if this movie is too soon for the country of if movies like pearl harbor are to late. i wonder what people that were involved in that tragic day thought about the film. especial people like john mcgloclan (is i spelled his name right) and that soldier. anyway it was a good movie i think.

so i went on this summer sizzler trip with my church and it was a blast! i went not really knowing what i was getting in too. so we get there and i know like 10 people from my church and a few from warmth. but by saterday i was making a lot of friends. anyway, we had this speaker named jacob armstrong. he was a great speaker! he put forth a great message! i think god showed himself to me and maby others. i gave him a lot ok my sins that i had been strugling with. and i am so glad i did. i have noticed how much eayser it is to live my life with that sin off my back! i have seen god working in my life sence. -kyle out
